My beginner's guide!!

Ok, Let us just start by saying we know it takes work to get into shape but with all that I have tried and learned myself the old saying "slow and steady, steady and slow " is the only way to go.

My favorite thing about this product is it alow's you to do just that. I wanted to share a couple of things on how to get started. The product does include a meal pamphlet as well but here are some simple steps in things you can change right now. ( When you start taking the product it does the weight loss thing for you so we can touch on that later. ) More important is your health.

We will call this SIMPLE CHANGES! You have to start somewhere and this to me is the most important way to begin.

1. Get active- Just a simple walk outside. It does not have to be to long to begin. Just so you are doing something you don't normally do.

2.Up your water intake- The brochure lets you know how important this is and I am sure you have seen that in every weight loss plan you have ever looked at. Well it important. Just think about it as flushing you system and is there a better way other than to use water? I know there are pills for that but why take a pill when you can start drinking water.

3. Start watching what you eat- There are simple things you can change in your cupboard that will drasticlly reduce the intake of calorise and the amount of fat you get in a day. It becomes eaiser when you start to look at the lables and realize WOW thats alot of calories!! What I can replace this with that has less.

4. Power of the mind- As in step 3. When you start to pay attention you are ready to get healthy.
